Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused, undamaged, and resalable condition. Products must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items showing signs of use, dirt, stains, wear, or modification will not be accepted. Returns must be initiated within a specified period from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will generally not be approved.
Customers are required to notify us before returning any items to receive proper authorization. Returns sent without prior notice may experience delays, be refused, or require additional processing time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship returns securely and package items appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we notify customers of approval or rejection. Inspections focus on condition, completeness, and eligibility. Approved returns are processed for refunds to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer, and delays outside our control may occur.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error, such as defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. In such cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs after verification. We do not refund original shipping fees unless the entire order is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or alternative solution. Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns. We do not accept exchanges due to customer error, such as incorrect size selection, style preference changes, or misreading product descriptions.
Items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery to qualify for replacement or refund. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or misuse are not covered under this policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements, including items returned outside the allowed period, used items, or items without original packaging. International returns may involve higher shipping costs, longer transit times, and customs fees, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.
